Founder and President
Kalem is founder and operations manager at Protel Technologies Inc. With deep roots in low-voltage, Video security and telecom installation, he brings hands-on technical expertise to a role that spans sales, contracts, and day-to-day business operations. Outside of work, Kalem enjoys boating and spending time on the water, along with restoring, fixing, and building things around the house. He's also an avid traveler with a strong interest in electronics, always tinkering with the latest gadgets and technology.
Dan Coucill
Lead Service Technician
Daniel is the Lead Technician at ProTel Technologies Inc., specializing in access control, security systems, and low-voltage electrical installation, with hands-on expertise across VoIP phone systems, video surveillance, and commercial paging and access control systems. He's drawn to the problem-solving side of the trade, turning a broken or confusing system into one that works exactly as it should, and brings that same curiosity home, where he runs a self-hosted home server and tinkers with networking, Linux, and small electronics projects.
